Money

Capitalism is considered to be a failing monetary system benefiting primarily the wealthy. Hawai'i as either a state or a sovereign nation can safely begin implementing this new monetary system, "Monetism" by Marco Dondi, as explained in Outgrowing Capitalism. There are several countries working successfuly with the new monetary ideas discussed in this book.

Sectin I, Well-Being: Discussing getting by verses everyone reaching an important "Comfort Threshold." 

Section II,  Money: And "the mystery of where it comes from and what it does and what it should do," along with a proposal for, "Permanent Money." Includes why Universal Basic Income  (UBI)  and Negative Income Taxes (NIT) are a necessities for a healty psychological and socioeconomic future. 

Section III, Capitalism: "The love story of Capitalism and Government." And, "It's a New World." 

IV, Monetism: Monetism vs Capitalism and Who calls the shots.

V, Roadmap: "Will we be frogs in the pot." This is kind of where we are in several areas of environmental and socioeconmic areas.
