I suggest a King or Queen chosen by the Hawaiian people and a state unicameral legislature elected by all citizens. The parliament and the monarchy would approve all bills, representing the heart of Hawai'i.

We are suggesting an Hawaiian currency and central bank that would issue loans to commercial banks. The Hawai'i currency would be pegged to the US Dollar. Hawai'i has the potential to be financially independent and sovereign and to create a minimum wage income economy along with a guaranteed minimum income.  The kingdom could borrow 1 or more trillion dollars from the central bank to purchase  all island private land at tax assesed value with a perpetuity lease back agreement based on value of improvements and ability to pay. The lease income would pay back the loan and reduce land values to near zero.  You can sell your lease but your lease payments will increase proportionately or more.  CMLit.

Homeownership will be facilitated by the Kingdom purchasing all private land based on land tax values and leasing back in perpetuity.  Leases based on the ability to pay and on the improvements. If outsiders pay higher prices their lease will go up proportionately or more. The kingdom will do what it can to prevent home values from increasing more than building materials and construction costs.

Private, charter, and church schools are divisive and unhealthy, causing children to feel superior or inferior.  One school system would be infinitely superior to the present one: King Kamehameha's public school system, with accommodations for foreign students. Schools will encourage parent participation as Hall Monitor Friends of the children. And special teaching arrangements for bullying and bad behavior.

Transitioning to an independent Kingdom-Nation will take several years. A comprehensive plan will include dual citizenship for Hawai'i residents for a period of 100 years or longer. This plan will be presented to all citizens with change options as we proceed. 

We are prisoners to our mainland food source with around 80% imports. With 4x8 garden boxes and converting yards to gardens where practicable, and with state (Kingdom-Nation) support for farm coops on all state agricultural land, we can not only survive, Hawaii can become self suffecient.  Hawii has a year round growing season!s.

The island of Oahu has 6 nuclear weapon targets coming from China, North Korea and Russia, "The entire Island of O'ahu would be obliterated if a nuclear attack were to take place with few survivors."  We need a better plan in order for the US military to maintain forces here.  The Hawai'i "purpose" is to promote world peace and become the world center for solution conferences.

Homelessness is talked about with very little being done about it. Tempoarily I would propose professionally managed camp grounds and tiny house communities where residents are monitored and treated for drug and alcohol addiction and mental illness and dangerous behaviors. The bigger problem is socioeconomic injustice that would be addressed as an independent kingdom nation.  

With Hawaii's limited land and resources, Hawaii needs to have control over immigration. There will possibly become a time when visiting Hawai'i will required passports and visas and applications for moving to Hawaii.   

The kingdon nation of Hawai'i will be able to provide mostly free medical and prescriptions as well as do everything possible to help make hospitals more effecient and convenient for doctors, nurses and staff.  Hawai'i will strive to become a world leading medical care and research center.

Each island to create it's own unique programs that should be specific to each island. For instance we envision the rail circling Oahu with stops Ala Moana, Waikiki, Down town, UH.  A line out and back to Hawai'i Kai and over the Pali stopping in Kailua and Kanehoe then several stops to Hale'iwa, down through Wahiawa, Mililani Mauka, Waipi'o, Waikele and connecting with the main line at Waipahu where there will be a line out to Ocean Point and around to Kapolei and another line to Makaha and back. We calculated 1.5 million commercial grade solar panels, open air rail cars equiped for bicycles and surf boards. Also, island trails like the El Camino de Santiago in Spain, with rest areas with bathrooms, showers and food courts.

Hawai'i is to become a world-leading solution conference center where all world leaders are welcome to come and participate as long as they come in peace. Each island will develop their own unique conference center programs.  

Barack and Michelle Obama topped the "worlds most admired" list for men and women, according to a 2020 YouGov poll. The poll surveyed over 45,000 people in 42 countries. 

This is the type of world wide approval for the Hawai'i Kingdom nation.
